I brought my cocker spaniel in on Christmas even for a grass seed that had completely entered his paw. Dr Sarah triglia was so amazing - she made my dog and my husband and I feel comfortable immediately.
She first tried to remove it by hand, which was unfortunately unsuccessful. Yet stayed back to help her colleagues by performing the minor surgery required to retrieve the grass seed.
What impressed us most was that she followed up with us a few days later to check how he was going and continued to provide advice via email where required.

We saw Dr Sarah Triglia and were attended to by Casey at the reception at 7:45pm. It was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and warm. Dr Sarah was patient and so kind to my cat. Very soft spoken and created an overall calm environment for my cat. She was knowledgeable and made sure to explain all the possible procedures and medications my cat could go on as to not stress him too much. I did have to wait a little bit before seeing one of the vets however this did not detract from the overall experience at the vet clinic. Highly recommend this clinic.

They treated my beloved cat last year for an injury that another emergency vet wouldn't touch. Happy to say he is with us today thanks to the awesome doctors and staff.

I was so touched by the kindness of our vet. She was very patient and thoughtful for us in a difficult time, and this helped us to make the right decision for our beautiful cat
The Advanced team demonstrated the very highest level of compassion, professionalism, and a genuine love for my old cat. She was suffering a painful injury to her paws but the vet, Dr Sarah, managed to have my cat purring and relaxed on the table within the first minute. From the late night phone call inquiry to the exit out the door we knew we were in good hands and cared for from start to finish. Thank you Dr Sarah and the Advanced Vetcare team.
Kindest, most compassionate staff and vets. We have taken our precious girl here for a few years now and they always take the best care of her. She was recently admitted for her heart failure and the vets tried everything possible to save her but unfortunately our girls little heart had just had enough. They kindly called us at 4am to let us know what had been done and that we should come say goodbye. Thank you Advanced Petcare, you’ve made a difficult time a lot more manageable with your kindness and expertise
